Student Pre-Enrollment and Information Form

Upon completing the pre-enrollment form, a $50 processing fee is required to secure a spot for your child at our school. This fee will ensure that your child's place is reserved.

As registered by the California Department of Education, Secretary of State, on October 8th, for the 2024-2025 School year, MLC is a Private school that serves grades K-8th. With the addition of preschool part-time and preK Montessori (joining the Kindergarten class).

MLC will continue accepting New Students preschool-5th grade year-round, based on availability, Except transfer students from any middle school, grades 6th-8th. *These grade levels will no longer be accepted as transfers into our school.

Exceptions are homeschool students*.  All entries will be carefully reviewed with a strict criteria.​

MLC, reserves the right to refuse admission of an applicant or to withdraw a student within its sole discretion.
